The raffle closes at 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2026, or as soon as all tickets are sold—whichever comes first. The winner will be drawn live at the 20th Annual Latino Community Festival at the Hillsboro Ballpark (4460 NE Century Blvd, Hillsboro, OR 97124) on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 4:45 PM.

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Raffle tickets will not be sold to individuals under the age of 18.

Employees of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the raffle or win prizes.
